Who We Are
Position Responsibilities
- Provide research support for BGA India relating to politics economics regulatory policy international trade strategic communications and business intelligence.
- Prepare and edit briefings profiles presentations memos research papers event handbooks and other materials for clients.
- Aid in the development of country specific news updates for clients.
- Monitor relevant news items for client updates on sectorspecific developments.
- Cover events relating to the IndoPacific region at think tanks universities and other relevant institutions and provide summaries to BGA staff.
- Provide logistical support for BGA events in India.
- Assist with data inputting and other administrative tasks.
- Other duties as required.
Job Requirements
We seek an exceptionally collegial eager highly motivated professional who can work independently anticipate client and company needs and be part of a highperforming global team. A keen understanding of Indias political and regulatory environment and how to navigate it on behalf of clients is required.
Qualifications include:
- Education: Minimum bachelors degree; masters degree is preferred.
- Work Experience: Minimum one to two years of relevant experience working in government a multinational corporation journalism and/or consulting strongly preferred.
- Strong research editing and written and verbal communication skills in native English are required. Knowledge of one or more AsiaPacific language is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in or passion for one or more of the following industries: information and communications technology healthcare and pharmaceuticals energy and/or fintech.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ability to learn and adopt new technologies. Previous experience using Salesforce is a plus.
- Applicants based in Delhi and Mumbai will be considered.
