Job Description
Wurzak Hotel Group is looking for an energetic & experienced Sales Manager to support the Sales efforts of our Marriott award winning recently renovated Sheraton Hotel inReston VA. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing sales strategies cultivating key client relationships and supporting our sales team to achieve their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have a 1 to 2 year proven track record of success in driving sales managing a highperforming team and exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer support to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts reports and presentations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred.
- Strong and demonstrable experience in sales management with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset and strong analytical abilities.
- Experience with Marriott is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
