Employment Litigation Associate Dallas TX
Our client a highly respected law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 4 years of experience to join their Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to grow their practice under the mentorship of toptier partners while working on complex employment litigation matters in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employment litigation cases from start to finish including:
- Responding to pleadings and discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Participating in mediations and trial preparation
- Provide daytoday counsel to clients on a wide range of employment law challenges
- Draft and revise employee handbooks workplace policies and training programs
- Educate clients through learning programs that help businesses navigate employmentrelated challenges
- Leverage cuttingedge legal technology to provide innovative client solutions
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABAaccredited law school
- Admission to the Texas Bar is required
- 4 years of employment litigation experience
- Strong legal writing analytical and case management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
- Growth mindset with a commitment to client service and collaboration
- Selfstarter who thrives in both independent and teambased environments
