Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of personal injury clients A prominent trial law firm is seeking a full-time in-office Personal Injury Litigation Case Manager to play a crucial role in managing medical records coordinating client care and preparing litigation support materials. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment values accuracy and empathy and wants a dedicated workspace to call their own.
As the Case Manager youll be responsible for:
- Conducting intake meetings with new clients
- Ordering organizing and summarizing medical records and bills
- Preparing detailed medical timelines and compiling binders for trial
- Communicating with clients to provide updates and coordinate medical care
- Coordinating depositions and meetings with medical providers
- Responding to and issuing subpoenas
- Utilizing the Filevine case management platform (preferred but not required)
What You Bring to the Table:
- Prior experience in a legal or medical-records-focused role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients providers and legal staff
