Duties and Responsibilities
Providing regulatory related advice to all Lending & deposit product & process owner across BFL Guiding respective product owner through the regulatory process Developing and reviewing policies on ongoing basis Advising management on the companys compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports Creating and managing effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations Researching industry compliance regulations and policies
Major Challenges
The regulatory landscape comprising of RBI and millions of customers represent a very dynamic ecosystem which requires the incumbent in the Advisory role to be on toes in terms of keeping abreast with the changing regulations innovative products identifying regulatory risks and challenges posed to BFL.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Educational Qualifications 912 yrs of experience in advisory role from BFSI/NBFC Degree from reputed university Preferred qualification CA / CS/ MBA. Work Experience Knowledge of RBI guideline Experience in handling Compliances related issues Understanding of relevant laws and regulations. Excellent communication (written oral) and report writing skills. Reasoning and analytical skills required for Fraud Monitoring and Reporting. Strong desire to initiate and execute in high paced growing environment. Should be a selfstarter and a team player.
