Job Description

Our specialty veterinary dental practice is a privatelyowned specialty practice located in beautiful northern CA just north of the Golden Gate Bridge. We are team of caring individuals dedicated to improving and extending the lives of beloved pets through exceptional oral care. Our caseload includes a wide variety of patients ranging from geriatric with multiple medical issues and extensive oral disease to young healthy patients with painful malocclusions or dental fractures. Our collaborative collegial atmosphere makes it a pleasure to come to work every day. The abundance of natural beauty in Marin County and the proximity to San Francisco provide exceptional opportunities for recreation and entertainment in your free time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Veterinary Dentists and consulting boardcertified Anesthesiologists to develop a comprehensive plan for dental care.
  • Assist other technicians with patient monitoring
  • Ensure patients are comfortable in a stressfree environment monitor for signs of discomfort and recommend pain management as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Detailoriented and organized while also selfmotivated and efficient.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a collegial and collaborative approach.
  • Prior experience with dental procedures and anesthesiology preferred but not required.
  • Willing and open to training and further education with skills
