You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a seasoned and proactive Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead and scale manufacturing operations for a fastgrowing organization in the water treatment industry. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong background in production quality and process management who thrives in a dynamic handson environment. You will be responsible for setting up optimizing and driving endtoend manufacturing processes while leading crossfunctional teams.
Team Leadership: Supervise production maintenance and quality teams for smooth operational .
Production Planning: Align manufacturing schedules with sales forecasts and resource availability
KPI & Performance Management: Define and monitor key operational metrics to improve plant efficiency
Process Optimization: Standardize workflows and implement lean practices to maximize output and reduce waste
SOP Adherence: Enforce compliance with established operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency
Operational Reporting: Track plant performance and present regular updates to senior leadership.
Quality Control: Identify product quality gaps and initiate corrective actions to uphold product standards
Safety & Compliance: Champion workplace safety 5S standards and statutory compliance
Team Development: Conduct evaluations manage attendance and support training initiatives
Budget Oversight: Contribute to cost planning manage operational budgets and optimize resource utilization
Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency through process enhancements and innovation
Experience: Minimum 10 years in a manufacturing operations role (preferably in water treatment solar water heater or boiler manufacturing industries).
Education: Degree in Engineering Industrial Management or relevant discipline
Leadership: Strong organizational and leadership abilities capable of managing diverse teams
Communication: Excellent command of English (spoken and written); capable of coordinating with international stakeholders
Collaboration: Comfortable working across departments with a handson and teamdriven mindset
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with manufacturing systems lean production and operational best practices
