You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking an experienced and resultdriven Territory Sales Manager (B2B) to lead business development efforts in the Water Treatment and Solar segments. This role involves managing a dealer network handling direct sales and building strong client relationships across industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of water/solar solutions and a strategic mindset for market expansion.
Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory through direct and channelbased approaches
Generate and manage leads in the Water Treatment and Solar Water Heater segments.
Identify and develop business opportunities with OEMs consultants and key accounts
Drive order bookings (standard and nonstandard spares) across regions
Promote new products and applications through technical and concept selling
Expand market reach by analyzing industry trends and territoryspecific opportunities
Understand customer requirements and suggest upgrades or valueadded improvements
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and dealer partners
Collaborate with internal teams for pricing proposals and aftersales support
Submit periodic sales forecasts reports and competitive insights
Bachelor s degree in Engineering or any relevant discipline
5 to 8 years of B2B sales experience in Water Treatment or Renewable Energy sectors
Strong understanding of industrial sales processes and channel management
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
Organized and analytical approach to managing multiple projects
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
Proficiency in English and local language (Kannada preferred)
