Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and resultdriven Territory Sales Manager (B2B) to lead business development efforts in the Water Treatment and Solar segments. This role involves managing a dealer network handling direct sales and building strong client relationships across industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of water/solar solutions and a strategic mindset for market expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory through direct and channelbased approaches

  • Generate and manage leads in the Water Treatment and Solar Water Heater segments.

  • Identify and develop business opportunities with OEMs consultants and key accounts

  • Drive order bookings (standard and nonstandard spares) across regions

  • Promote new products and applications through technical and concept selling

  • Expand market reach by analyzing industry trends and territoryspecific opportunities

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest upgrades or valueadded improvements

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and dealer partners

  • Collaborate with internal teams for pricing proposals and aftersales support

  • Submit periodic sales forecasts reports and competitive insights



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering or any relevant discipline

  • 5 to 8 years of B2B sales experience in Water Treatment or Renewable Energy sectors

  • Strong understanding of industrial sales processes and channel management

  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills

  • Organized and analytical approach to managing multiple projects

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory

  • Proficiency in English and local language (Kannada preferred)

Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production role (solar industry preferred) Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean production, and 5S practices Familiarity with solar panel/module manufacturing machinery is an added advantage. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Basic computer skills (MS Excel, production tracking software, etc.
