Our client is a leading fintech company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
  • Business Development (B2B & Fintech Distribution)

  • Actively identify and engage with potential B2B partners and agency clients to expand our nationwide distribution and Fintech solution ecosystem.

  • Deep dive into the specific service demands of agencies and highlight our products strengths as a preferred partner.

  • Collaborate in business strategy formulation ensuring customer feedback informs solution development and custom service implementation.

  • Develop team targets structured work plans and revenue growth strategies aligned with project goals.

  • Manage commercial proposals and drive contract discussions with distribution networks and agents to expand territorial coverage.

  • Work crossfunctionally to ensure smooth service deployment and position offerings for a broader market audience.

  • Client Engagement

  • Maintain communication channels and relationships with customers (on a scheduled basis and during key events).

  • Expand relationships within the industry to secure business scale in managed channels.

  • Stay up to date with digital tools and platforms that support client acquisition and growth initiatives.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (or college diploma) in a relevant field.

  • Driven and collaborative individual with a passion for sales performance and personal development.

  • 1 year of experience in B2B sales fintech distribution tech solution selling or working with consumer goods/distribution partners.

  • Familiarity with agency distribution models and experience scaling sales channels across Vietnam.

  • Proficiency in market segmentation proposal development pricing strategy and commercial negotiation.

  • Ability to assess market trends and competitors to support innovation and growth.

  • Solid interpersonal planning and negotiation skills.
