Job Description
This Is What We Do
We are the central data product management team for DT Sales & Service. To achieve this we work in a virtual organizational structure with Telekom IT and TDG leveraging stateoftheart technologies for Business Intelligence and Big Data solutions.
In order to reduce the complexity of the IT landscape it is now necessary to analyze and model business processes as well as both functional and ITrelated solutions.
Together with the architects of the virtual organizational structure we will develop target visions for business data products and technical data solutions. Additionally we will establish a roadmap to reduce complexity. Guardrails provide a framework for both business and technical design.
The software development process will be redefined in such a way that modeldriven design (Forward Engineering) and DevOps concepts are taken into account. The goal is to outline how TelIT and ServiceIT can collaboratively reduce complexity to enable new innovations.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Analysis of IT solutions within the entire service reporting environment:
- Conducting interviews with architects data engineers and software developers
- Analyzing development standards tools in use and operational processes
- Creating suitable models to describe the existing IT solutions in terms of development and operational quality:
- Visualization of complexity and evaluation of software quality
- Description of the level of documentation and modeling of solutions
- Development of KPIs for operational stability and solution assessment
- Deriving concrete measures to improve software quality and operational security:
- Designing a modeldriven DevOps development process
- Developing guidelines for development and operations to measurably improve software quality and operational stability
Skills:
Must have skills:
General
- Strong communication skills

- English Knowledge (min.B2 level)
DevOps and Programming Languages
- GitLab configuration and development
- Python in the context of pipelines
- SQL
- Cloud computing (Azure GCP or similar)
- Jira
Nice to have:
Conceptual Knowledge
- Knowledge of Telekom
- Data Products / Data Mesh
- Business process modeling
- UML (including data modeling)
- Modeling tools (e.g. Innovator)
- Data Warehouse / Data Lake
- German language skills
- C# (preferred but not mandatory)
