Were looking for a Data Scientist to lead analytics and datadriven decisionmaking within the Chief Underwriting Office. This role is perfect for a datadriven professional passionate about leveraging machine learning AI and predictive analytics to revolutionize underwriting claims sales and product development. Key Responsibilities:
Develop advanced statistical models to optimize decisionmaking.
Lead machine learning and AI initiatives to drive business value.
Perform predictive modeling forecasting and data mining to identify risks and opportunities.
Build and enhance data pipelines and analytics infrastructure.
Work closely with underwriting claims and product teams to integrate datadriven strategies.
Mentor Junior Data Scientists and foster a culture of innovation.
Stay ahead of emerging analytics and cloud technologies to continuously improve business processes.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: 46 years in data science big data analytics or AIdriven decisionmaking.
Technical Skills: Python SQL Power BI Azure and API integration.
Analytical & ProblemSolving: Strong ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
Communication: Ability to translate data insights into business impact.
Education: BSc in Science Mathematics Statistics Engineering Computer Science or a Data Sciencespecific Degree.
