Job Vacancy: Specialist in Asset Servicing Income and Corporate Actions

Location: Bangalore/ Mumbai
Position: Team Lead/ Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Experience: 4 years
We are in search of a proficient individual with specialized knowledge in asset servicing particularly in custody settlement corporate actions and income distribution. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of managing and disbursing income from investments as well as ensuring clients receive pertinent corporate actions such as dividends mergers and stock splits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Custody: Safeguarding of assets such as stocks bonds and other financial instruments.
- Settlement: Processing and settling trades to ensure prompt transfer of assets.
- Corporate Actions: Ensuring clients receive any relevant corporate actions such as dividends mergers and stock splits.
- Income Distribution: Managing and distributing income from investments such as interest dividends etc.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in finance business or related field.
- 4 years of experience in asset servicing income distribution and corporate actions.
- Thorough understanding of custody settlement and income distribution processes.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead a group of professionals.
