About the role
Our client is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team and support their creative initiatives. This role will report directly to the Creative Content Manager and work closely with the Growth Marketing Team to develop engaging design assets across digital and physical platforms. The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility through compelling designs and ads that align with brand identity and drive customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute digital graphics for emails websites social media campaigns and ecommerce platforms ensuring consistency with the brands identity and messaging.
- Create visually engaging product listings packaging materials mailings and inserts for various product collections and special events (e.g. sales launches).
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead to develop new brand assets including creating updating and refining product collections special sales and promotional materials.
- Design static ads and social media campaign assets including billboards to optimize performance and meet campaign goals.
- Work with the Growth Marketing Team to design implement and optimize digital ad graphics ensuring visuals are compelling and drive results.
- Own the creative of various platforms ensuring designs are aligned with existing brand guidelines while staying fresh exciting and ontrend.
- Continuously search for opportunities to improve designs and stay updated on platform trends and design innovations.
- Ensure quick and highquality of design briefs working independently after the initial onboarding period (approx. 3 months).
- Take ownership of designs that align with conversion rate optimization (CRO) goals and continuously refine designs to improve performance and engagement.
Requirements:
- At least35 years of experience in graphic design ideally within a fastpaced DirecttoConsumer (DTC) ecommerce environment.
- Proven expertise in Adobe Illustrator (a must) with Photoshop and InDesign being highly desirable.
- Experience with Figma and Canva is a plus but not mandatory.
- Solid portfolio showcasing digital media projects especially those designed for online audiences (e.g. ads social media and ecommerce product listings).
- Experience designing digital ads (static and dynamic) for social media platforms email campaigns and marketing materials with a focus on CRO.
- Proficiency in designing engaging conversionfocused graphics for ecommerce including product listings email marketing and promotional assets.
- Ability to work independently manage deadlines and execute design tasks with minimal revisions all while maintaining consistency and quality.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to take ownership of projects and flexibly adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic UX/UI principles and how they impact design choices for user engagement and conversions.
- Strong attention to detail with a creative flair and a passion for producing highquality design work.
