Experience expected
Must have at least 912 years of L&D solutioning experience in BPO/ITES industry and knowledge of TNI TNA L&D concepts/Lifecycle training facilitation RCA and client handling.
Role Summary:
- Will be responsible for overseeing knowledge management for accounts
- Client Management is a critical focus area
- Team Management & Governance is an integral part of the core deliverables
- Should be comfortable with all shifts
- Will be responsible for managing training deliverables and governance for assigned projects in the US and other countries
- As an individual contributor must be able to lead without authority.
- Maintain Training & account data for projects
- Ensure all team trackers are maintained accurately and are uptodate
- Responsible and work closely with business for any escalations RCAs and training support
- Domain & Behavioural training facilitation
- WFO for 35 days a week basis business need
- Comfortable dealing with rapidlyevolving work environment
Skill expectation:
Good Finance & Accounting domain knowledge
- Graduate/Post Graduate in accounting – B/M/MBA/CA/ICWA
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills with experience in working with large amounts of data
- Good client management skills
- Good Excel skills
- Good presentation skills
- Experience in managing multiple teams/accounts is a plus
- Experience in transition management would be a plus
- Experience in knowledge managed or LMS or ERP(SAP or Oracle) tools
