Job Requisition Summary
Reason for Hire: Backfill
Work Location: Onsite
Travel Required: No
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Start Date: ASAP
Interview Process:
o 1st Round: Short phone screen with Hiring Manager
o 2nd Round: Interview with Hiring Manager 1 additional team member
o Max 2 interviews total
Work Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Must-Have Skills
1. Excel
2. Great communication skills
3. Email management (Outlook)
4. Attention to detail
Nice-to-Have Skills
Oracle experience
Order management
ERP systems
This role is working onsite full time. No remote candidates.
Replacement role.
Top skills to have: Excel skills and attention to detail required. Some ERP Oracle experience preferred.
Specific Responsibilities:
Support shipping and receiving materials from the corporate warehouse and field
Work with finance on reports to minimize receiving and billing errors and corrections
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to work independently and interpret information including financial & technical information
Effectively communicate key information to cross functional teams to include senior management
Extensive knowledge of administrative tools such as Excel. A plus to have Access Power Point etc.
Technically skilled with proven ability to troubleshoot problems solve abstract issues interpret and implement policies & procedures.
Excellent attention to detail in the execution of job responsibilities
Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
Ability to plan own work according to targets agreed within a quarterly up to an annual cycle by integrating resources in a project driven environment.
