Job Title: MBA Intern Assistant to the CEO

Location: 531 Old Swede Road Douglassville PA 19518

Reports to: CEO

Location: 531 Old Swede Road Douglassville Pennsylvania 19518 This position is onsite and we are looking for people who share our passion for teamwork. We are better when we are together!

Salary:Competitive starting hourly rate

12week Internship Start: Can expect to start before the end of May 2025. Fulltime hours for the duration MondayFriday 8:00am4:30pm can be flexible.

What Youll Do:

As the MBA Intern Assistant to the CEO you will:

  • Conduct market research ROI analysis and develop business plans to drive key initiatives.
  • Act as an extension of the CEO in meetings with stakeholders and during highlevel interactions.
  • Organize track and report on projects ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Create impactful dashboards and reports to support datadriven decisions.
  • Draft review and send professional communications on behalf of company executives.
  • Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Build strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage executivelevel social media accounts to enhance professional presence.
  • Collaborate on initiatives that promote organizational learning and growth.

What Were Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a strong academic record.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a persuasive professional style.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau or advanced Excel).
  • High level of discretion integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Experience in strategic planning organizational management and executive support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as a member of high performing teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
