Position: Sr./Executive Assistant to the MD/ CEO
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint along with excellent communication skills including email writing and social media management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD & CEOs calendar including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and emails ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Attend meetings with the MD & CEO take minutes and follow up on action items.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data create reports and streamline processes.
- Draft proposals and work with the team on proposal writing tasks.
- Create and format PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Manage and support social media activities related to the CEOs initiatives and Skyquest.
- Act as a liaison between the MD & CEO and internal/external stakeholders including clients partners and board members.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create professional presentations.
- Excellent email writing skills with the ability to compose clear concise and professional messages.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all aspects of the role.
- Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
