Job Description
*This position is open to candidates in multiple locations: Ukraine Poland and the Philippines*
The SharePoint Developer is responsible for designing developing and maintaining enterpriselevel customized SharePoint and M365 applications. This role includes leveraging advanced development techniques to automate workflows integrate systems and enhance user experiences. Additionally the position will involve utilizing Azure Cloud services and Microsoft Copilot to modernize and optimize solutions for CRDF Global. The role also acts as a backup administrator for other critical cloud applications.
Major Responsibilities:
- Design and develop SharePoint Online solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and custom coding with modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript HTML CSS).
- Build and maintain advanced Power Platform solutions including Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI dashboards.
- Leverage Azure Cloud services for solution deployment integration and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of developing/coding/integration of website/portals using WordPress Drupal.
- Maintain administer and support SharePoint including governance site health and content lifecycle management.
- Perform regular updates patching debugging and user support.
- Act as a backup administrator for other enterprise systems like Salesforce Concur and Fluxx.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) technical documentation and training materials for end users.
Preferred
- Create automated workflows and scripts to streamline business processes and ensure seamless integration across M365 applications.
- Develop APIbased integrations with other enterprise systems including Salesforce Costpoint and Concur.
- Implement and utilize Microsoft Copilot for intelligent automation and enhanced productivity across business workflows.
- Stay uptodate with advancements in AI tools and propose innovative solutions for enterprise collaboration.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field; or HS diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience with SharePoint Online SPFx and advanced scripting techniques (PowerShell PnP).
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services including Azure Logic Apps Functions and AD.
Proficiency in coding languages such as JavaScript C# and SQL.
Knowledge of Power Platform tools and their integration capabilities.
Additional Skills:
Experience with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot for automating business processes.
Familiarity with system integration techniques using APIs and SAML 2.0 tokens.
Desirable: Knowledge of Deltek/Costpoint Fluxx and/or Concur systems.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
