Job Description
Client
An ICG client is looking for a highly experienced and motivatedbusiness analystto assist with an exciting M&A transaction.
Role
Support a multistream project team working with a dedicated stream project lead. The stream is focused on Risk and Compliance as well as some legaltransition activities.
Key Deliverables:
- Support process of Business context and requirements gathering
- Facilitate elaborations sessions; attend and facilitate other workshops as necessary
- Support development and testing team in understanding of requirements test planning and
- Document and deliver Project artefacts as required
Skills and experience required:
- Stakeholder interfacing / engaging with teams to receive required inputs / data
- Selfstarter problem solver someone who will be productive quickly and both get the outputs delivered on time but also show initiative in asking probing questions and challenging outcomes
- Graphing and PowerPoint skills and spreadsheet skills
- Insurance orfinancial services background desirable(please specify which subsectors you have worked in)
- Specific experience with postmerger integration/separation support (Please specify transactions you have supported)
Logistics
Start date:Starting ImmediatelyDuration:The roles finish February 2025 with possibility of an extension
Location:There are TWO roles one in Sydney one in Auckland
Rate:The daily net rate to the consultant will be between $850$900NZD or AUD depending on location GST where applicable
ApplicationClose date:No later than Thursday 16th May 2024 12noon AEST
APTs must be lodged within 48 hours.We will review all APTs and select the best 3 for the client. The client will then conduct interviews.
