Comfort with computer databases preferred. Bachelors degree required in a science or healthcare related. 2year commitment is preferred.
SKILLS/ ABILITIES/ COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Ability to function as part of the research team Efficient organizational documentation and communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks and deadline pressures. Effective analytical skills. Good command of English language including medical and scientific terminology.

Duties will be performed in office and research lab setting
GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT: Under general direction of the Principal Investigator the Research Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing specific aspects of designated research protocols as part of a research team.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of the Research Coordinator will include coordinating and implementing research studies according to the study protocol. The responsibilities include the following Project management IRB preparation and submission Identifying and recruiting study subjects Monitoring follow ups Sample collection (e.g. blood stool urine etc) Disease follow ups (e.g. Reviewing medical records coding etc.
