GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
Under general direction of the Principal Investigator the Research Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing specific aspects of designated research protocols as part of a research team.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of the Research Coordinator will include coordinating and implementing research studies according to the study protocol. The responsibilities include the following Project management IRB preparation and submission Identifying and recruiting study subjects Monitoring follow ups Sample collection (e.g. blood stool urine etc) Disease follow ups (e.g. Reviewing medical records coding etc.
