DescriptionThe Executive Casino Host acts as a key liaison between the casino and its most valuable players. This position focuses on building strong relationships understanding guest preferences and providing personalized services to enhance their gaming and entertainment experience. The host utilizes their knowledge of casino operations player tracking systems and marketing strategies to drive revenue and ensure guest satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills along with a strong understanding of the gaming and hospitality industry.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned highvalue guests expanding the player base.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of guest reinvestment and department goals.
- Ensure targeted guest outreach and followup.
- Review performance and promotional strategies with management.
- Assist in training player development staff on guest service rewards programs and player tracking systems.
- Support the implementation of promotions special programs and events.
- Resolve guest disputes and complaints to maintain positive relationships.
- Assist with department scheduling.
- Lead and guide the work of other employees and manage multiple projects.
- Maintain contact with highend clients outside of normal work hours.
- Travel for work related events.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field and 5 years of casino operations or sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience working in a resort setting or sales background preferred.
- Effective written communication presentation and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to set priorities work independently and manage tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Knowledge of player tracking systems and complimentary issuance.
- Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
