Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is a native or fluent German speaker to join our team in Malta. In this role you will provide outstanding support to our customers addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. This position offers a hybrid work model combining both remote and onsite work with a schedule from 7 PM to midnight for 40 hours a week over 5 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat ensuring highquality service and timely resolution of issues.
- Assist customers with productrelated questions technical issues and account management.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing customer interactions and delivering exceptional support.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate recurring issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent German speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a desire to help customers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
