Job Description
Mechanical Engineer/HVAC
Location: New York
Summary:
The Mechanical Engineer/HVAC will be an independent proactive lead HVAC engineer for technical projects ranging from commercial interiors to retail and infrastructure.

You Have:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 5 years of mechanical engineering experience in the construction engineering field with a focus on commercial interiors and infrastructure.
- Will consider backgrounds from other relevant sectors.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certificate is highly preferred (but not mandatory).
- Team management experience preferred (but not mandatory)
- Intimate knowledge of applicable building codes engineering standards and other trades.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or BIM/REVIT modeling.
