Job Description

We are looking for a BDC Sales Agent to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a team player with a cando attitude and excellent communication skills. Daytoday tasks will include initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate lead and customer information. Track interactions and followup activities.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement effective lead nurturing strategies to keep potential customers engaged and informed about our products/services.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads ensuring a seamless handoff.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitors and customer needs to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative and research support including preparing sales materials reports and presentations.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead generation activities conversion rates and the effectiveness of various outreach methods.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain a positive and professional relationship with leads and customers addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
  • At least one previous role based in customer service experience
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid drivers license
