Job Description

Greetings
This position will have core responsibility for financial analysis budgeting forecasting and cost management within India. The role will focus on deep diving into financial data revenue analysis and supporting key financial decisionmaking processes. The Financial Analyst will work closely with business teams pricing managers and operations to ensure financial efficiency and drive profitability.

About client Our client formerly BOCIndiaLimited is a member ofLindePlc.Our clientownsIndias largest air separation plant and run more than 35 operating locations across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Reporting

Conduct detailed financial analysis on revenue costs and profitability to support strategic decisions
Develop and track key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis reports
Prepare monthly financial reports dashboards and MIS for leadership review Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting cycles ensuring alignment with business goals
Monitor and evaluate financial trends to provide insights for proactive decisionmaking
Work closely with sales and operations teams to prepare financial forecasts for planning purposes

Cost Optimization & Revenue Management
Identify develop and track costsaving initiatives to improve operational efficiency
Analyze pricing trends revenue streams and financial impacts for growth strategies
Support the pricing and contract management process ensuring alignment with company financial policies
Process Automation & Compliance

Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation of financial reporting processes
Ensure financial compliance and procedural discipline across all reporting and contractrelated activities
Support internal audits and assist in risk assessment for financial operations


Requirements


oAbachelorsdegreeinCommerce/EconomicsMastersdegreeinFinance









o3yearsexperienceinfinanceorcommercialorsales&marketingorinanotherrelatedrole.
oExcellentunderstandingofthebusinessideallywithanindepthknowledgeofcommercialpricing
andcostrecoveryelements
oExperienceofoperatingwithinamatrixorganisationhighlyadvantageous
