GreetingsThis position will have core responsibility for financial analysis budgeting forecasting and cost management within India. The role will focus on deep diving into financial data revenue analysis and supporting key financial decisionmaking processes. The Financial Analyst will work closely with business teams pricing managers and operations to ensure financial efficiency and drive profitability.About client Our client formerly BOCIndiaLimited is a member ofLindePlc.Our clientownsIndias largest air separation plant and run more than 35 operating locations across the country.Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis & ReportingConduct detailed financial analysis on revenue costs and profitability to support strategic decisionsDevelop and track key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis reportsPrepare monthly financial reports dashboards and MIS for leadership review Budgeting & ForecastingAssist in annual budgeting and forecasting cycles ensuring alignment with business goalsMonitor and evaluate financial trends to provide insights for proactive decisionmakingWork closely with sales and operations teams to prepare financial forecasts for planning purposesCost Optimization & Revenue ManagementIdentify develop and track costsaving initiatives to improve operational efficiencyAnalyze pricing trends revenue streams and financial impacts for growth strategiesSupport the pricing and contract management process ensuring alignment with company financial policiesProcess Automation & ComplianceIdentify opportunities for digitalization and automation of financial reporting processesEnsure financial compliance and procedural discipline across all reporting and contractrelated activitiesSupport internal audits and assist in risk assessment for financial operations
Requirements
oAbachelorsdegreeinCommerce/EconomicsMastersdegreeinFinance
o3yearsexperienceinfinanceorcommercialorsales&marketingorinanotherrelatedrole.
oExcellentunderstandingofthebusinessideallywithanindepthknowledgeofcommercialpricing
andcostrecoveryelements
oExperienceofoperatingwithinamatrixorganisationhighlyadvantageous
