Job Description
Join our Buehlers Catering team as a Catering Bartender! Were looking for a skilled Catering Bartender to deliver exceptional bartending services at various offsite events and venues. If you have excellent mixology skills a passion for customer service and enjoy creating memorable experience for guests we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails mocktails beer and wine according to established recipes and guest preferences.
- Provide attentive and friendly customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area including stocking inventory cleaning glassware and sanitizing surfaces.
- Engage with guests to recommend drinks answer questions and accommodate special requests.
- Adhere to all relevant health safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the wellbeing of guests and staff.
- Manage cash transactions accurately and responsibly including handling payments and providing change.
- Demonstrate professionalism and represent the company brand effectively at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a highvolume setting preferably in offsite catering or events.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes mixology techniques and beverage service standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (ServSafe ASK Certification) is a plus.
