Job Description
- Proven track record in a Sales team management role
- Experience of an outbound sales role you and your team will only be working with warm leads doing several 60 minute presentations each day with a onecall close rate due to potential customer applying online
- Experience of motivation a team and exceeding targets and goals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with both your team and customers
- Customer driven approach
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Day to day management of a team
- Ability to join calls on a daily basis to close deals
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of Sales representatives that are working remotely
