Recruitment Manager JD Offshore: Proven handson work experience of 11 yrs in various IT recruitment roles. 3 yrs of work experience as a manager managing and leading a global recruitment team. Should have excellent communication skills. Ability to display leadership deep profile sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills. Should be selfmotivated as well as a team player. Ability to mentor the team to transform to an industry leading and high performing recruitment team. Ability to understand the ASIS process and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes. Ability to understand the technical business requirement from recruitment aspect and translate to JDs. Collaborate with business and ensure the demand is fulfilled as per their expectation and within SLA. Indepth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the Global (Specially USA India Canada Saudi and Pakistan) market. Must be comfortable working in shifts or flexible to extend as needed. Assign workload Supervise the recruiting team and report on their performance. Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. timetohire and costperhire) and drive continuous improvement. Experience in sourcing and recruiting senior full time employees and knowledgeable about different countries work visas. Familiarity with Global (Specially USA India Canada Saudi and Pakistan) market tax terms. The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization. Handson experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
