Job Description

The Opportunity:

Were looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to join our forward thinking HR team in the utilities sector. This appointment will be initially for a period of a six months on a fixed term employed contract.

Youll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering people strategies across multiple sites supporting leaders through complex employee relations issues and championing a positive workplace culture that empowers every employee.

What Youll Bring:

You will have strong and demonstrable ER expertise think investigations disciplinaries grievances restructures TUPE and beyond. With a handson strategic mindset youre just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are influencing at board level.

With excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels you will have proven experience partnering with operational teams across multiple locations.

Have you the ability to thrive in a regulated fastpaced environment with shifting priorities Then we need you!

What Youll Do:

Day2day you will be partnering with regional leaders to support workforce planning change management and engagement. Part of the role will be to lead complex ER casework and coach managers through bestpractice processes.

Alongside the above you will also:

  • Drive initiatives around wellbeing performance D&I and talent development.
  • Support organisational change projects such as restructures TUPE transfers and transformation programs.
  • Be a trusted advisor influencing challenging and building confidence across the business.
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends highlight areas for improvement and support decisionmaking.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership on HRrelated metrics and key performance indicators.
