ERP Support Specialist (Remote)

Position Type: FullTime 40hrs/week

Working hours: Mountain Time nonneg Mo to Fr 8AM to 5PM

Package: USD depending on experience

Location: Remote Philippines (Manila preferred)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated ERP Support Specialist with proven handson experience supporting major ERP platforms (e.g. Acumatica NetSuite SAP or comparable systems). The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about ERP system support has a strong understanding of ERP workflows and is eager to contribute to both modulebased ERP operations and process improvements. You will work in collaboration with internal teams to ensure efficient system performance support user training and maintain documentation and process alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP System Support:
  
  • Provide ongoing handson support for ERP systems across various modules ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.
    
  • Troubleshoot issues perform routine maintenance and collaborate with IT and vendor teams for updates and patches.
    
• Collaboration & Training:
  
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to split module responsibilities and optimize ERP functionality.
    
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new ERP modules as needed.
    
• Documentation & Process Alignment:
  
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of ERP processes workflows and any customizations.
    
  • Assist in aligning ERP processes with evolving business needs ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Actively work to continuously identify possible recurring issues and work towards resolving/ avoiding repeats on these in future
    
• Continuous Improvement:
  
  • Analyze current workflows to identify areas for operational improvements.
    
  • Engage in regular feedback loops with endusers to continuously refine the ERP system s effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  • Minimum of 2 years of dedicated ERP support experience with major platforms such as NetSuite SAP or similar systems. Acumatica would be highly advantageous but not a nonnegotiable
    
  • Proven track record in an ERP support role not just someone that can be trained.
    
• Technical & Analytical Skills:
  
  • Strong understanding of ERP workflows data management and system troubleshooting. Acumatica highly preferred but not essential
    
  • Ability to quickly adapt to and master new modules and ERP enhancements.
    
  • Bonus: Experience or background in finance or manufacturing industries.
    
• Soft Skills:
  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration and enduser training.
    
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
    
  • Strong problemsolving skills and an analytical mindset.

Additional Information:

• This is a remote position with a preferred location in Manila Philippines though candidates across the region will be considered.
