With over 200 locations and well over 2000 on our team Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG) is one of the largest independently owned Mortgage Banks in the nation. The company is experiencing exponential growth in 2020 and will for many years to come. We are looking for a detailoriented Opener who can contribute to the success of PRMG. This individual will be responsiblefor developing and maintaining relationships with correspondentor retail productionsources.

• Identify and maintain daily contact with sources of mortgage loan productionincluding Processors Loan Officers to ensure smooth flow of loan applications and packages to and within the company.
• Take applications fromretail source clients.
• Verifies accurate TRID compliances.
• Orders supplements as directed.
• Ensures updated rates available to clientbase daily.
• Handles questions from accounts regarding underwriting processing and funding flow.
• Performs a variety of tasks maintaining familiarity with Company concepts practices and procedures.

• Experience in mortgage operations preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Strong interpersonalcommunication and businessrelationship skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technologically proficient in MS Windows software.
