Job Description
Position Title: Lead Infant & Toddler Teacher Opener (Full-Time)
Location: Ethos Early Learning Center South Boston MA
Schedule: 7:45 AM 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you a nurturing detail-oriented early childhood educator with strong leadership skills Join our passionate team at Ethos Early Learning Center as a Lead Infant & Toddler Teacher Opener! This is a wonderful opportunity to make each childs day start with warmth structure and meaningful learning.
About the Role:
As our morning Lead Teacher youll open the classroom each day set the tone for smooth transitions support your co-teachers and ensure engaging developmentally appropriate curriculum implementation. Youll lead your team in planning parent communication documentation and classroom compliance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Arrive at 7:45 AM to prepare and welcome families and children
Participate in the center-wide morning meeting
Set up a well-organized inviting classroom environment
Lead curriculum planning and lesson implementation
Mentor co-teachers and support daily classroom routines
Communicate daily with parents including messages and photos
Maintain headcounts safety practices and classroom cleanliness
Conduct and document monthly fire drills
What Were Looking For:
EEC Lead Teacher Certification (Infant/Toddler) Required
At least 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting
Strong leadership communication and classroom management skills
CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Commitment to professional development and collaboration
