The Mission
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to own Go Echoes entry into the US market. Youll be responsible for designing and executing our go-to-market strategy building anchor client relationships and setting the foundation for long-term commercial success.

Tasks
What Youll Be Doing
Go-to-Market Leadership
- Build and execute a US launch plan including market mapping Ideal customer profile segmentation and positioning tailored to the startup/VC ecosystem.
- Lead founder-led selling using direct outreach warm intros and ecosystem partnerships to land strategic accounts.
- Track performance across KPIs (pipeline velocity CAC close rate) and adapt quickly as the market responds.
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Personally pitch and close founder-led startups Series AC scale-ups and tech-forward innovation teams.
- Win exclusive or retained talent partnerships that demonstrate true embedded value.
- Navigate complex buying groups (Founders COOs Heads of People Investors) with credibility and consultative finesse.
Client Expansion & Market Development
- Turn early client wins into long-term case studies and referral engines.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure hand-in-glove onboarding and long-term retention.
- Develop scalable sales playbooks for future commercial hires as we grow the region.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 7 years in B2B sales business development or GTM roles ideally with experience in executive search embedded recruitment or high-end services.
- Proven success in launching new markets especially in the US startup or VC ecosystem.
- Native or Near-Native English Level
- Deep understanding of recruitment pain points in the tech/scale-up space.
- Operational comfort with modern sales tools (HubSpot Apollo Notion etc.) and strong CRM hygiene.
