Responsibilities
1 To acquire New to Bank customers and pursue new business relationships by selling:
Savings Accounts.
Current Accounts.
Term Deposits.
Debit / Credit Cards.
PG Products (Life Insurance / General Insurance / Mutual Fund / Retail Asset Products / Online Trading).
2 Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets
3 To fulfil KYC & Compliance norms.
4 To reach out to High Networth Individuals.
5 To increase the customer base by developing business relationships with current customers
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years experience as Assistant Manager
- Demonstrated knowledge of banking operations and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and train team members
- Adept with using general banking equipment such as computers tills and safes
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Good computer skills including Excel and Outlook
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure to specific deadlines
- Great Math skills
