Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and resultsdriven leader to join our Central Shop Operations team as a Shop Operations Lead for our online shops in France Belgium and the Netherlands. In this role you will lead a team of 10 Shop Operations Specialists ensuring the seamless of ecommerce operations while maintaining highquality standards in product activation promotions campaigns and website management. You will also play a key role in driving process optimization fostering knowledge sharing and enhancing operational efficiency across multiple markets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead coach and develop a team of 10 Shop Operations Specialists ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Oversee all shop operations activities including task allocation and workflow management.
  • Monitor team performance identify improvement areas and implement action plans.
  • Ensure smooth of key processes such as product activation optimizing product descriptions assigning products to the right categories and managing banners landing pages and content pages.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders including the Campaigns Team Marketing Team Category Managers Optimization Teams and Business Process Outsourcing partners.
  • Drive process optimization implement best practices and enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy consistency and compliance with standards.
  • Provide handson support during absences or periods of high workload to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications :

  • Fluent in French or Dutch and English (German is a plus).
  • 23 years of experience in a related field ecommerce preferred).
  • First leadership experience is highly valued.
  • Strong marketing or commercial knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and embrace new technologies and processes.
  • Comfortable working in international teams.
  • High attention to detail and a strong customer focus.
