WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As part of our internal communications team youll support exciting projects related to a major transformation program. Youll work closely with the marcom team and gain valuable insights into strategic communication in a dynamic IT environment.

• Youll plan research and write content for internal communication channels from intranet articles and CEO formats to presentations for town halls.

• Youll manage and update our intranet (SharePoint) keep pages current and create new content.

• Youll support the preparation and execution of internal events including invitation management.

• Youll handle smaller requests from across the company assist with writing tasks and help ensure our messaging is consistent and tailored to the right audience.

• Youll track the effectiveness of our communication activities and contribute ideas for improvement.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• Youre currently enrolled as a student ideally in communications media social sciences business or a related field and available for at least two more semesters (Bachelor or Master).

• You have a strong sense for language topics and target audiences and can adapt to different communication styles.

• You write confidently and fluently in both German and English.

• Youre organized reliable and able to stay on top of things even under time pressure.

• Youre curious open to trying new things and enjoy working creatively and independently.

• Youre digitally savvy and ideally familiar with tools like PowerPoint Photoshop or InDesign.

• Experience with video creation or content production is a plus but not a must.
