Summary of Position
The HR Assistant is responsible for assisting in recruitment employment transactions and human resources processes forSilfab Solaraccording to federal employment and benefits laws and established policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitatetherecruiting process including creating and posting job descriptions screening candidatesandconducting and coordinating interviews with management.
- Field and/or respond to internal and external inquires on HRrelated matters.
- Assist with maintaining department recordsreportsandupdating of the HRIS system.
- Perform reception duties as needed by greeting visitors and fielding phone calls.
- Provide general administrative assistance to management team.
- Assume other duties as designated by the HR Manager.

- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excel reporting
- PowerPoint presentations
- Demonstrated projectcoordination.

Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma
- At least 1 year experience inHumanResources
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulations governing human resources functions and federal statelegislation.
