Job Description

A great mining company in Limpopo is seeking the expertise of an experienced Mine Overseer to join their team of professionals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving production targets planning production with shift supervisors and overseeing monthly measurements.
  • Monitor daily and weekly production measurements and results and initiate corrective action.
  • Participate in the training and development requirements of employees.
  • Ensure that special instructions are implemented and correct operating standards and procedures are up to date and understood by the team.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Mine Overseers Ticket or MMC (Mine Manager Certificate)
  • Diploma / Degree in Mining Engineering
  • Valid First Aid Certificate.
