Position: Senior Director Employment Services Location: San Diego CA Type: Fulltime

The pay range for this position is:$100000 to $110000.

As the Senior Director of Employment Services youll play a pivotal role in designing implementing and managing employment opportunities that transform lives and drive inclusive growth across San Diego County.

Your Role: As the Senior Director of Employment Services youll be a driving force behind our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership: Oversee and provide strategic leadership to our Employment Services units including Community Employment Services Work Activity Centers and Group Employment Training. Your experience and guidance will ensure exceptional program performance.

Innovation: Combine your business acumen relationshipbuilding skills and client advocacy to secure new contracts nurture existing ones and expand our footprint. Youll lead efforts to market services and deliver toptier placement and support for individuals with disabilities.

Collaboration: Create an environment of collaboration and accountability fostering a sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence in all operational aspects. Youll supervise and mentor our team to maximize their potential and impact.

Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance identify growth opportunities and stay updated on industry developments. Your leadership will drive continuous quality improvement and innovation.
