Job Description

Senior Sales Head Tea Industry (B2B)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Sales Head to lead our B2B sales division in the tea industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills a proven track record in sales management and deep knowledge of the tea or FMCG sector. This role involves strategizing driving sales growth and managing highvalue corporate relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build strategies for market penetration and expansion.
  1. Team Management:
  • Lead mentor and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Set and monitor team targets providing support and guidance to achieve goals.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate highvalue contracts and foster longterm partnerships.
  1. Market Analysis & Business Development:
  • Analyze market trends competitor strategies and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  1. Sales Operations:
  • Oversee the sales pipeline ensuring timely closures and revenue generation.
  • Monitor and report sales performance metrics to the management team.
  1. Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Develop sales budgets and forecasts ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Implement costeffective measures to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent in Sales Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 8 years of experience in sales management with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role in the FMCG or tea industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and corporate client management.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and decisionmaking skills.
