Senior Sales Head Tea Industry (B2B)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Sales Head to lead our B2B sales division in the tea industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills a proven track record in sales management and deep knowledge of the tea or FMCG sector. This role involves strategizing driving sales growth and managing highvalue corporate relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and build strategies for market penetration and expansion.
- Team Management:
- Lead mentor and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Set and monitor team targets providing support and guidance to achieve goals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate highvalue contracts and foster longterm partnerships.
- Market Analysis & Business Development:
- Analyze market trends competitor strategies and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Sales Operations:
- Oversee the sales pipeline ensuring timely closures and revenue generation.
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics to the management team.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Develop sales budgets and forecasts ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Implement costeffective measures to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent in Sales Marketing or Business Administration.
- 8 years of experience in sales management with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role in the FMCG or tea industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and corporate client management.
- Excellent communication negotiation and decisionmaking skills.
