Position: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat India (Onsite)

We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing technical support for webbased applications and custombuilt software. This role requires flexibility to work in rotating shifts (Afternoon and Night shifts) changing every fortnight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for webbased applications and custom software products (e.g. ERP Inventory Management Payroll etc.
- Resolve client issues through emails calls and online meetings
- Troubleshoot and replicate clientreported issues in local environments (VM setups)
- Test patches and hot fixes in local environments before release
- Prepare weekly reports and update databases
- Coordinate with the development team and international teams (US/UK) for issue resolution
- Conduct product training sessions for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients simplifying complex technical information
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows Server OS IIS SQL Active Directory Networking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in client communication and troubleshooting
- Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously both independently and as part of a team
