Position : Field Sales Executive Opening : 2 Open position Experience : Min 6 months to 1 Yrs CTC : Upto 25K Max Education : Graduate in any stream Location : Mumbai Area (From Western Suburb Mumbai Only) Role & Responsibilities : We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and expanding our client base. Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the field. Identifying new sales opportunities and generating leads through various channels. Conducting presentations and demonstrations of our services to potential clients. Negotiating contracts and deals while ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies. Providing feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve service offerings. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs consistently. Mandatory Requirements : To be considered for this position you must meet the following requirements: Proven sales experience preferably in a similar industry. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Strong motivational skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing environments. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role. Strong knowledge of sales or marketing tools. Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills. * The candidate must have presentable skill. * Time management skills and go getter. * Must have his own bike to travel across Mumbai area. * Travelling would be provided extra as per Rs.3 per km for the salesperson. * Represent our product in professional manner that results in repeat business orders and positive customer experience. * Need to know basic Excel MSWord and Email.
