Administer medications as ordered by the attending physician under the direction of the RN and according to the current policies procedures and practices. Care for residents and assist in updating each residents service plan. Respond to resident calls and emergencies promptly and provide first aid assistance. Assisat with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing and eating. Document and communicate any changes about residents and complete all reports on time.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience. Must not engage in the use of illegal and be free from dysfunctional use of alcohol. Must pass a criminal background check with Tribal State and Federal Law Enforcement and to be fingerprinted. Must have a Valid Oregon Drivers License and be insurable under CTWS. Must maintain strict confidentiality always.
