Job Description

HealthFirst Staffing is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Receptionist to support a busy pediatric therapy clinic in Kissimmee FL. You ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for families and keeping front office operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Greet families and manage patient checkin/checkout

Answer phones and assist families in both English and Spanish

Schedule appointments and verify insurance

Support billing documentation and general office tasks

Maintain HIPAAcompliant patient records

Requirements:

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required

Previous experience in a healthcare or pediatric setting preferred

Organized friendly and detailoriented

Comfortable using scheduling/EHR software
