Job Description
Honda of Greeley is looking to add a Full Time Bilingual Receptionist to their team!
Hours: Monday Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm with 1 hour lunch break
Expectations for Receptionist:
- Bilingual- Ability to read write and speak Spanish
- Willingness to translate in various areas of the dealership as needed
- Organization and cleanliness
- Ensure showroom and customer area is clean and sanitized
- Excellent customer service is a must! you will be a first point of contact for our customers its important to make a great first impression!
- Candidates must be able to effectively communicate with fellow employees and customers on a daily basis via face to face phone and email contact
- We need an employee we can depend on to be here every shift and that we can rely on to be here on time
Responsibilities for Receptionist:
- Answering phone calls greeting customers & directing customers to the proper employees and departments
- Keep coffee station stocked with products clean and organized
- Daily filing for sales service and parts
- Daily deal checks to ensure compliance
- Weekly supply checks
- Administrativetasks - various and always evolving
- You may be asked to take on additional duties to assist the other adminsand departments
Benefits offered after 60 days (health dental vision supplemental).
Compensation: Hourly $16.00- $18.00 per hour
