Job Description

Starting at 20 hours per week with strong potential for fulltime expansion you ll collaborate with an experienced inhouse team while managing financial records for multiple clients. Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile client financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Proactively identify potential issues or missing transactions before client meetings
- Process accounts payable and receivable with high attention to detail
- Create and post journal entries while maintaining accurate documentation
- Contribute to developing and documenting best practices in Hubspot
- Collaborate with the inhouse team on process improvements and standardization
- Prepare clean accurate financial reports for client meetings
- Support the onboarding and setup of new client accounts
- Participate in building and refining operational playbooks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of handson bookkeeping experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM systems
- Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive problemsolving ability
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards
- Flexibility to overlap some hours with US Eastern Time Zone
- Background in financial statement analysis and review
