We are a fast-growing SaaS B2B company with a growing footprint in IT asset management and were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Accounting Officer to join our finance team. In this role youll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records managing accounts receivable and supporting the finance team with a variety of accounting and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance
- Manage and follow up on accounts receivable and customer invoicing
- Reconcile bank accounts credit card statements and other financial data
- Assist in month-end and year-end closings
- Prepare and submit VAT and other tax-related filings as needed
- Support preparation of management reports and financial statements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational finance needs
- Assist with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field (BSc Accounting preferred)
- AAT certification or currently at the Skills or Professional level of an accounting-chartered program (e.g. ACCA ACA CIMA)
- 1-3 hands on experience in accounting and related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. ZohoBooks QuickBooks Xero or similar)
- Familiarity with multi-currency accounting
- High level of accuracy attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
