Located in the heart of Mackays CBD the Austral Hotel is renowned for its premium steaks diverse menu and excellent wine selection. Our #1 Sports Bar offers live sports on big screens a pool table jukebox TAB and Keno.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Gaming Manager at the Austral Hotel
What youll do:
- Be responsible for the day to day operations of the Gaming room
- Lead and develop a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every time
- Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue
- Implement and champion the Venues Responsible Gambling Code
Qualifications :
What youll need:
- Gaming experience within a Venue
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Current RSA and RSG/RCG are essential
- The desire to be part of a fun productive and professional team
