Job Description
CNA 7p 7a (Fulltime)
- Observe residents and note changes in physical condition attitude reactions appetite and report changes or unusual findings to charge nurse.
- Transfer residents from bed to chair; chair to bed.
- Turn and position residents.
- Bathe residentsshower and/or tub. Use mechanical lift transfer patients from chair to tub chair for bathing.
- Feed/assist with feeding residents and/or prepare meal trays for residents; open containers.
- Take vital signs and record.Record fluid intake and output.
- Give oral and dental care to patients.
- Comb patients hair.
- Shave patients.
- Provide/Assist residents with incontinence care and or toileting.
- Serve as transport for residents from hospital.
