Job Description
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
A Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) is needed in Muskogee/ Tahlequah.
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in a missiondriven healthcare organization dedicated to serving the underinsured uninsured and lowincome patients in Gardner and surrounding areas. This role is within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a longstanding reputation for providing highquality compassionate care to the community.

Responsibilities
- Monday to Friday schedule promoting worklife balance MonFri 85
- Outpatient primary care setting
- No nights or weekends
- Opportunity for training in Pediatrics
- Average patient volume: 1022 per day
- NP will be required to float between two facilities as needed
- Full support staff available
- Autonomy in practice
Requirements
- Experience preferred but new graduates will be considered
- Passion for compassionate patientcentered care
- Clear and active medical license in the State of Oklahoma
- Certified Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Oklahoma
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Primary Care FPSA Score: 19
